2010 Changes to Slovak Tax Legislation

On 22 October 2009, the Slovak parliament approved an amendment to the Income Tax Act, which introduces important changes to several tax laws. In this note, the authors summarize the key changes to the Income Tax Act and the Tax Administration Act, which, in general, take effect from 1 January 2010.
