Advance Pricing Agreement Programme Introduced

The authors describe the key features of the Advance Pricing Arrangement programme introduced by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department in the form of Departmental Interpretation and Practice Notes No. 48, in late March. They also provide an analysis of the positive observations, potential limitations and impact of the programme on Hong Kong taxpayers.
