Budget 2011 and Finance (No. 3) Bill 2011

This note deals with the proposals contained in the 2011 Budget which was presented to Parliament on 23 March 2011 and the provisions in the Finance (No. 3) Bill 2011 which was published on 31 March 2011 and embodies those proposals.
