Changes in Transfer Pricing Documentation and Reporting Rules

The main goal of this article is to analyse and evaluate the legislative changes in the area of transfer pricing in Poland between 2021 and 2023. Numerous changes are expected to reduce the compliance burden for, in particular, small and medium-sized enterprises.
