This overview highlights the Commission’s (i) approval of the agreement reached on the Fiscalis Programme 2021-2027, (ii) presentation of ATAD 3 and an EU single corporate tax rulebook that will replace the Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base as part of its business tax agenda and (iii) publication of the 2021 Annual Report on Taxation.
