This article sets out the background to the APA regime in the United Kingdom, highlighting in particular how APAs might change as a result of the new Statement of Practice, and comments on the current surge of interest in APAs. It also covers the new Statement of Practice relating to MAPs and discusses the continuing challenges as transfer pricing adjustments are made in more and more jurisdictions.
