European Court of Justice : recent developments

In this article, the editors provide an overview of the VAT judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) and opinions of the Advocates General delivered in the past 12 months, and a list of the remaining VAT cases pending before the ECJ on 31 August 2009. The overview is accompanied by summaries of the judgments, opinions and announcements that have not yet been published in the journal.
