Exit Tax in Poland

Rules on exit taxation have been in force in Poland since the beginning of 2019. In this article, the authors analyse the wording of these rules and their compatibility with EU law. Rulings and initial controversies that have arisen in this area are outlined in order to show major risks inherent in the structure of exit taxation.
