Frequency of Transfer Pricing Documentation Update: Luxembourg Perspective

The frequency of transfer pricing documentation update may not always fall within the scope of the OECD framework, i.e. on an annual or three-year update cycle. In this article, the author will analyse current Luxembourg market practice on the frequency of the transfer pricing documentation update based on her experience and in light of the OECD transfer pricing standards. When it comes to the documentation update cycle, it is challenging to have a clear-cut position, and each transaction should be analysed based on its own merits.
