Good news : trust concept finally introduced into French law

After years of debate and three withdrawn projects, the trust concept of fiduciary management (fiducie) has finally been introduced in French law. This article considers the legal features of a fiducie, as well as the tax and accounting treatment of the establishment, existence and termination thereof.
