This article considers the main aspects of a memorandum and a letter issued in September 2007 by the Peruvian tax authorities. The author provides an overview of transfer pricing legislation; addresses the origins and key aspects of the Memorandum and the Letter; and provides a brief analysis of the Memorandum and Letter.
