Need to Revisit and Amend OECD Guidelines on Marketing Intangibles

While the OECD is currently giving final shape and form to Pillars One and Two of BEPS Action 1, there remains scope for revisiting and amending some of its guidelines on transfer pricing relating to the issue of marketing intangibles, which has triggered widespread litigation around the world.
