New Policy on Investment Promotion

Thailand offers investors a wide variety of tax and non-tax incentives which are largely regulated and administered by the Board of Investment. After many years, the Board of Investment is rethinking the focus of its investment promotion policy and the author provides a succinct description of the changes being considered.
