Poland’s Implementation of the GloBE Directive and Comparative Analysis of Global and Polish (Alternative) Minimum Tax Systems

In this note, the author comments on Poland’s recent implementation of the GloBE Directive – being, in fact, one of the last EU Member States to do so. The author also touches upon the recently introduced Polish (alternative) minimum tax and compares it with the GloBE rules.
