Proposed Transfer Pricing Legislation

On 5 November 2009, the Moldovan Ministry of Finance published a draft law amending the Tax Code that includes provisions concerning transfer pricing. The amendments were to take effect from 1 January 2010. This article summarizes the proposed amendments.
