Recent Amendments to the Bulgarian Corporate and Personal Income Tax Acts

In 2008 and 2009, various amendments were enacted by the Bulgaria National Assembly in respect of corporate and personal income tax, generally, with effect from 1 January 2009, but some with effect from 1 January 2010. This note considers the most important of these amendments.
