Recent Tax Reform Measures

Several tax reform measures have been proposed in Australia, including the minerals resource rent tax, reduction of the company tax rate and tax concessions for small businesses. Proposed changes will also affect controlled foreign companies, the investment manager regime and managed investment trusts.
