Regime for price fluctuation reserves for oil companies

In the past (until 31 December 1997), oil companies could benefit from a special tax regime regarding the reserves they were allowed to book for price fluctuations. The former and the currently applicable general regime for the forming of reserves for tax purposes are dealt with.
