Structuring Foreign Investments

This article provides an overview of the tax and non-tax aspects of doing business in Myanmar, specifically in relation to inbound investments. Other than domestic and international tax aspects, the authors also describe the non-tax aspects of carrying on business in Myanmar, such as investment forms, incorporation procedures and capital requirements pursuant to the Foreign Investment Law.
