The Tax Residence of Family Members of EU Officials – The Relationship between the Concepts of Domestic and EU Law Residence

In this article, the author considers the tax residence of family members of EU officials in the light of the relationship between the concept of residence in domestic and EU law, with emphasis on a forthcoming Finnish case before the European Court of Justice on this topic.
