Taxation of financial leasing

This article discusses the taxation of financial leasing in Mongolia and the system currently used in Mongolia for the taxation of leases. In order to understand this, the financial leasing market, its development and legal issues are addressed. The article has two main objectives, namely to study the taxation of financial leasing in Mongolia and to analyse the leasing market and effectiveness of new leasing legislation.
