Taxpayers and Court Procedures in Spain

In this article, the author examines some of the issues that may arise when taxpayers appear before the tax courts of Spain and, in particular, whether their rights would be better guaranteed with an autonomous tax jurisdictional order independent of the contentious administrative division.
