Transfer Pricing Documentation Requirements in the United Arab Emirates for Multinational Enterprises

On 30 April 2019, the United Arab Emirates introduced regulations governing country-by-country reporting requirements for multinational enterprises. In this article, the author discusses country-by-country reporting requirements, deadlines for submission of CbC reports to the Ministry of Finance and the mechanisms in place to enforce these regulations.
