Transfer pricing reform

HM Revenue and Customs has introduced a new approach to dealing with transfer pricing enquiries in the United Kingdom and a new specialist transfer pricing group to deliver it. This article sets out the background to the new transfer pricing group, an overview of the new internal governance process within which transfer pricing enquiries are now being conducted and the implications for taxpayers.
