Ukraine's tax treaties : status and effectiveness

The author reviews Ukraine's system of tax treaties and analyses the importance of the OECD and UN Model Conventions for Ukraine, considers the implications of the offshore origin of much of Ukraine's inward investment and suggests priority objectives in relation to Ukraine's tax treaties.
